Join me on beautiful Bowen Island for a day of yoga, meditation, and introspection. We will spend the day at Nectar Yoga’s Geo Dome surrounded by lush forest. The perfect setting for creating space and stillness. This year we are blessed to be joined by Bonnie Starcevich, owner of Sadhana Yoga & Sound, who will be sharing live musical accompaniment during the afternoon and will be guiding us through a sound bath to close the day. 2pm - Silent Forest Walk

2.30pm - Aromatherapy Yin Yoga Class

4pm - Sound Bath by Bonnie Starcevich
