  • Thank you for the thought and care that you put into this perfect little getaway. The setting was peaceful and picturesque and I just loved that the rain was pounding on the yoga dome while we were practicing and during the sound journey. For me, it added to the experience and I heard others say the same. The yoga practices that you led left me feeling relaxed and refreshed and the questions that you offered during the journal sessions made me reflect in a way that I wouldn't have on my own. Thank you also for the sweet goody bag, loved everything in it. I'm already looking forward to the next date!

Jo has this innate ability to whisk away your worries with the sound of her voice, and paired it so perfectly with deeply healing poses that my body is still thanking me for. Not only did Mel & Jo host and facilitate this incredible experience, but they went as far as to create gifts of workbooks with journal prompts, essential oil rollers and hand blended loose leaf tea for all of us.
