Back Care Yin
In this practice we will move the spine through its 6 degrees of freedom: flexion, extension, lateral flexion right and left and rotation right and left. In order to keep the spine healthy and happy we need to help strengthen the back and also establish the normal range of motion of the lumbar ligaments through Yin Yoga.
